GREAT COLLAR
i DIDN'T REALIZE THIS WAS A PLASTIC COLLAR AND NOT THE WEAVE THREADED KIND. NYLON TO ME IS A MATERIAL YOU Wear NOT PLASTIC. ALSO, i DIDN'T READ "NOT intended for tie-outs". MY DOGS ARE DACHSHUNDS, SO i DON'T THINK I'LL HAVE ANY PROBLEMS. I do LOVE the flat name tag, though.

STURDY COLLAR
I have an 80# dog so I wish I would have gotten the large 1 inch wide version. But the medium collar is still nice and sturdy. The name plate is very easy to read.

ABSOLUTELY PERFECT!
Needed a collar for our active Boxers that could hold up to their hard play as well as be strong enough for walks and at the end of the day easy enough to wipe clean with no worry of smell. These collars were the answer. The fact the ID plate is attached and engraved is just an even bigger bonus as it is not a worry about them losing their id tag during playtimes out and about. Al in all I would recommend these collars to anyone, it is a great investment! I myself am planning on purchasing two more for our senior Boxers, we have 7, and some of our rescues will be getting one of these collars as well!

great value-looks great
The collars I received look great. I appreciate having the tag not dangle off the collar. Tag is easy to read and colors are easy to see. What I ordered was on back order and all contact I had through customer service was quick and pleasant.

I love this collar and have bought several. Very durable and super easy to clean. Only issue I have is I always order the bright green one and the color fades within a year. At an affordable price , I just buy a new one every year. No big deal

i love this collar. The color is great and and the personalized name plate it a great size. the print is extremely legible and it came super fast. we even ordered a second for our other dog.

good quality, stiff material
I purchased this collar for my 3 year old chocolate lab. The collar cleans easily and does not hold odor thanks to the outer coating. The collar is not as flexible as a traditional nylon collar but I already figured that during purchase. I do plan on getting another in the near future. I went with the safety orange and it shows up great at night. Very satisfied with the engraved name plate. Would recommend. Only thing I would change is to a clasping collar from traditional loops.

Won't order from anyone else.
I found these collars by chance. I love them. Ordered one for my dog last year. It's the best. Then adopted a new puppy this year and got him one. You have tons of space to put address and info on the collar, indestructible, and not expensive at all. I give everyone the website to order. I will order more if I need them. Our guarantee does not cover products which are:- Lost for reasons other than manufacturer defect.
- Outgrown or no longer fits
- Stinky, dirty or smelly
- Exhibiting normal wear and tear
- Damaged intentionally or through neglect
- Damaged due to tie-outs.
Return Policy

Our full return policy is as follows:
- Products are available for return/exchange.
- Personalized Items - We understand the frustration, but customers who enter incorrect personalized information or order the wrong size for their pet are not eligible for a return or exchange. Please be sure that your pet's name, your phone number, or any other information is entered correctly BEFORE your purchase is complete. If an error occurs due to a mistake in our production process, we will fix it, but we cannot fix errors in the text entered by customers. Please be sure to measure your dog and compare it with the measurements of the collar before ordering a personalized collar to avoid ordering the incorrect size. - Returns are typically processed within 2 business days after receipt, but can take up to 1-2 weeks.
- Returns must be requested within 30 days after an order has been delivered.
