Good quality. Colors look the same as in the website. I only wish I could have a larger font option for the name tag.

This was probably one of my better purchases when it comes to my puppy... All I did was measure her neck and that made it simple when choosing the size. But also the quality is amazing, definitely all weather. Plus the name tag is a really nice touch! And you really cannot beat the price... Would buy it again.

Love the bright color
I ordered this and was very satisfied the pink is very bright and and stands out. The name plate I thought I ordered with my dog's name and my phone number but only came with her name on it but that's ok it's big and noticable. I ordered the medium and it was actually to big for her and unfortunately I had to cut it down but that's ok over all I am extremely happy with my purchase and would recommend to someone. The price and discount was just an extra bonus.

TAKES A LICKIN' KEEPS ON TICKIN
I bought my dog this collar and a year ago wrote a review about how great it was! I'm standing by my review, my boy has had this collar for about a year and a half and although it's had a little wear, he is an outside dog, it has held up awesomely! I definitely recommend this collar and company to all my friends!

Our guarantee does not cover products which are:- Lost for reasons other than manufacturer defect.
- Outgrown or no longer fits
- Stinky, dirty or smelly
- Exhibiting normal wear and tear
- Damaged intentionally or through neglect
- Damaged due to tie-outs.
Return Policy

Our full return policy is as follows:
- Products are available for return/exchange.
- Personalized Items - We understand the frustration, but customers who enter incorrect personalized information or order the wrong size for their pet are not eligible for a return or exchange. Please be sure that your pet's name, your phone number, or any other information is entered correctly BEFORE your purchase is complete. If an error occurs due to a mistake in our production process, we will fix it, but we cannot fix errors in the text entered by customers. Please be sure to measure your dog and compare it with the measurements of the collar before ordering a personalized collar to avoid ordering the incorrect size. - Returns are typically processed within 2 business days after receipt, but can take up to 1-2 weeks.
- Returns must be requested within 30 days after an order has been delivered.
- "Grab Bag" products are not eligible for returns. Please be sure to measure your pet before ordering to ensure you receive the size you need.
