NICE REFLECTIVITY
Looking for a durable collar that would also be visible at night for a black lab that has no car sense (in case he got loose and for our driveway at night). Looks and works great.

PURFECT
Easy to order, arrived quickly. I measured the dogs neck with a tape measure and was just between sizes and ordered the smaller size. The smaller size left ample adjustability. He has been wearing it for several weeks now and no problems at all. Thank you for a great product.

GREAT COLLAR!
My dog is a brindle pit mix who loved trying to eat her tags on her collar. Between her trying to eat the tags and me losing her at night in the yard because of her dark color, I decided to try a reflective collar with the nameplate. It is awesome!! It's great quality, looks amazing, and I can actually find her in the yard at night! I would definitely recommend this product. Easy to clean, too! We do a lot of hiking and swimming and it's easy to wipe down at the end of the day.

The reflective stripe makes this one visible from long distance. The riveted engraved nameplate looks nice in gun metal!

I wish there were more options, I feel like most of the choices were pretty plain. But good collar. Does what it should. Love the tag on it, no more jingle.

I ordered two Reflective SunGlo Personalized Name Plate Dog Collars. Both arrived within days. One fit, the other was too big. The one dog's neck size is inbetween size M and L and I chose the L. I called the company, spoke to very friendly staff who assured me that I could return the collar. Again, within days I received a M sized collar with the name plate attached. The service was excellent. The staff helpful and friendly. Based on my experience I have to say that I would recommend this company to anyone. I definitely believe they deserve the 5 Star rating I gave them!

GREAT NAME TAGS
I really like the name tags on the collars and the fact that the collars are reflective. But, The plastic could be a little firmer.

- Damaged intentionally or through neglect

- Personalized Items - We understand the frustration, but customers who enter incorrect personalized information or order the wrong size for their pet are not eligible for a return or exchange. If an error occurs due to a mistake in our production process, we will fix it, but we cannot fix errors in the text entered by customers. Please be sure to measure your dog and compare it with the measurements of the collar before ordering a personalized collar to avoid ordering the incorrect size. - Returns are typically processed within 2 business days after receipt, but can take up to 1-2 weeks.
- Returns must be requested within 30 days after an order has been delivered.
