GREAT COLLAR, GOOD PRICE
Collars arrived as ordered. I was looking for something durable and reflective with a tag attached. This collar seems durable and and has held up well even though my dogs are really tough on colors. ID tag has gotten a little scratched but nothing major. Attractive in design and color. Collar wipes clean. Great product.

GREAT COLLAR, BUT...
I love this collar! It took me a while to find a reflective 3/4" collar that fit my dogs neck, and this one fit the bill perfectly. The collar seems to be made very well and has shown no signs of wear in the first month I've owned it. My only complaint is that the engraved tag that was installed onto the collar was not installed perfectly straight, so the edge of the metal hangs just a bit over the edge of the collar. I don't think it's enough to hurt my dog, but I do wish that it was straighter.

DURABLE AND LOOKS GOOD
This collar is perfect for our golden doodle who loves to play outside in the snow. She is a black dog, so the reflective strip is also good for visibility at night. The collar has a more plastic-like appearance than I expected, but I still like it and it is functional. The customer service was excellent! I initially had a typo in the information on the tag, but they replaced it for free with no hassle.

2 THUMBS UP FOR REFLECTIVE COLLAR
Love the reflective collars ordered. I ordered three as gifts for my daughters' dogs. All seem to be holding up well thus far. The dogs are quite active, so we will closely watch to see how the collars react to outside elements.

GREAT COLLARS! BUT VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH WORK ON NAME PLATES
I ordered 3 collars with 3 different name plates as a Christmas gift. All 3 collars were made correctly, but only 2 of the 3 name plates were correct. So I had to send one of the collars back and get a new one made. Not that big of a deal, but its the 2nd time I've had this happen in the last 3 months! The 1st time, only 1 collar with a name plate was ordered, and the name plate was wrong and installed upside down on the collar. 2 for 4 isn't bad... in baseball, but expected more for something as simple as collars with name plates. I would recommend the physical product to others, but I will also inform them that it make take the company 2 tries before they actually get exactly what they ordered.

- Returns are typically processed within 2 business days after receipt, but can take up to 1-2 weeks.
