These Dog ID Tags will be engraved with up to 3 lines of text
15 characters (including spaces) per line is the MAX recommended text
The Tag will be engraved EXACTLY as the information is entered
Be careful, check spelling and phone #s

How to find a lost pet:

1. Search your property thoroughly - small animals can find small hiding spots
2. Walk the neighborhood, talk to everybody, and leave your phone number
3. Make some noise while you walk around the neighborhood - animals have great hearing and know the voices of their owners
4. Bring a powerful flashlight - this is valuable even in the daylight as a lost and scared animal will often find a small and dark hiding spot
5. Place strong-scented articles outside your home to attract your pet - animals know your scent, so don't be afraid to use things like sweaty gym socks, dog bedding, etc...
6. Call local veterinarian offices during the day. After 5 PM, call veterinarian emergency clinics
7. VISIT your local Animal Control, humane societies, and animal shelters
8. Ask Animal Control, humane societies, and shelters about pet rescue organizations in your area
9. Post as many flyers as you can within a 1 mile radius of your home
10. Place an Ad in your local newspaper
11. Check the newspaper "found" ads every day
12. DONT GIVE UP - Pets have been known to be found months or even years after they are lost

These Dog ID Tags are so cute. I purchased the one with a paw print on it and surrounded with crystals. I have two little puppies so I bought both the white paw and black paw. The tags are thick so they will not bend like some of the thinner tags. The option to personalize is a great option.

I love the tag for my two dogs. I ordered the tag protectors also but that was a waste. They covered up part of the little diamonds and the phone number. They also came off and I almost lost the tags. I ended up taking the protectors off and only use the tags and I haven't had any issues with them now.

This tag is absolutely GORGEOUS! Great quality and looks so gorgeous like I paid way more than I did. They got the text correct and this pairs well with all the girlie collars my furbaby likes to wear.

These dog tags are the greatest. I put them on a silver chain and they hang in my truck. I also ordered personalized collars for my 2 dogs so the dog tags were for me

Our guarantee promises that we will replace any product purchased from Hot Dog Collars that, due to manufacturer defect, is lost, fails, or unnaturally wears, for the entire life of the product.

Our guarantee does not cover products which are:

Lost for reasons other than manufacturer defect.
Outgrown or no longer fits
Stinky, dirty or smelly
Exhibiting normal wear and tear
Damaged intentionally or through neglect
Damaged due to tie-outs.

* We reserve the right to limit the number of replacements when there is excessive use or abuse of our guarantee.

Return Policy

If there is a problem with a product, please allow us the opportunity to resolve the issue. Contact us regarding any items that you would like to return or exchange.

Our full return policy is as follows:

Products are available for return/exchange.
Personalized Items - We understand the frustration, but customers who enter incorrect personalized information or order the wrong size for their pet are not eligible for a return or exchange. Please be sure that your pet's name, your phone number, or any other information is entered correctly BEFORE your purchase is complete. If an error occurs due to a mistake in our production process, we will fix it, but we cannot fix errors in the text entered by customers. Please be sure to measure your dog and compare it with the measurements of the collar before ordering a personalized collar to avoid ordering the incorrect size. If you are unsure how to measure or have questions about the size of a product, please contact us or use our customer support chat for assistance.
Returns are typically processed within 2 business days after receipt, but can take up to 1-2 weeks.
Returns must be requested within 30 days after an order has been delivered.
"Grab Bag" products are not eligible for returns. Please be sure to measure your pet before ordering to ensure you receive the size you need.
