Lettering will be placed on the collar at our discretion unless otherwise instructed. Without specific instruction as to the placement of the lettering, you may end up with text that is covered by the adjustment slider. This dog collar utilizes a quick clasp closure, also called a side release clasp. Sizing is given as a range of neck lengths. Measure your dogs neck size or its current collar length (not including buckles) to obtain correct sizing.

Love our custom JuJu collar!
Our JuJu Smith-Yamashita looks ultra sharp now in her custom JuJu collar with phone #!!! She is now faster than ever and runs great routes. The collar will also help her stiff-arm a DB to the turf face-first if she has to. She is so fast now in her custom JuJu collar that if she goes really far really fast and doesn't know where she is, someone can just call us and say, "hey, is this JuJu's parents? Please come by and pick her up our place". Everyone should have one of these for their dogs (except put your dog's name and your phone # because we don't want to go to your neighbors to pick up your dog).

Repeat Customer
We love this company and the great collars they provide. This was the first time we had ordered the premium (we have ordered many of the "regular" embroidered" collars). Fair warning that the metal is heavy and our puppy was not a fan. They are gorgeous collars but we had not anticipate that part. We are keeping the collar but ordered her a "regular"(plastic clasp) collar for now. We print both the dogs name and our phone number on all collars and it has been a great way to avoid the "noise" of the tags (and allow folks to call us when one slips away).

Great Collar
I bought one for my pup and my son's pup. Both are under two years old and lose their ID tags due to ruff play. have had the collars about a month and love them. Having our phone #'s on the collars has really helped. Great bright colors too!

Dog collar
Be sure to measure your dogs neck. I just went with the size I bought from the store....big mistake. Though the collar is very durable and well made i had to tighten it all the way down and its still a bit big. Since they were personalized i kept them. Can't say anything negative about the quality.

HotDog Collars are the best! I have used them for my dogs for many years. I went to this premium one for my Howie because I wanted something color-appropriate and this style had what I needed. personalized dog collar
Pleased with product and its durability. Only problem for my dogs is they are 10 lb chihuahuas and collar is a bit wide for them. Impossible to get a narrow collar embroidered...too small. Has a good tough clasp, though.

- Products are available for return/exchange.
- Personalized Items - We understand the frustration, but customers who enter incorrect personalized information or order the wrong size for their pet are not eligible for a return or exchange. Please be sure that your pet's name, your phone number, or any other information is entered correctly BEFORE your purchase is complete. If an error occurs due to a mistake in our production process, we will fix it, but we cannot fix errors in the text entered by customers. Please be sure to measure your dog and compare it with the measurements of the collar before ordering a personalized collar to avoid ordering the incorrect size. - Returns are typically processed within 2 business days after receipt, but can take up to 1-2 weeks.
- Returns must be requested within 30 days after an order has been delivered.
