Lettering will be placed on the collar at our discretion unless otherwise instructed. Without specific instruction as to the placement of the lettering, you may end up with text that is covered by the adjustment slider. This dog collar utilizes a quick clasp closure, also called a side release clasp. Sizing is given as a range of neck lengths. Measure your dogs neck size or its current collar length (not including buckles) to obtain correct sizing.

I recently bought this collar for my dog. I love how his name is embroidered, it will last very long. Its extremely sturdy and well done. I added the paws design on it and it's perfect! I did order the wrong size first and it was so easy to exchange for a new one. The customer service is amazing, they respond to emails very fast and took care of my issue right away!

I loved the collar. I think I could have gone with a medium instead of a large but I brought it all the way down and it fits Molly great. I love the color it was exactly what it looked like in the advertisement. I will definitely order again.

Personalized collar
This is a very nice looking collar. The reason I only gave it 3 stars is I was a little disappointed in the thickness of the collar and the quality of the buckle. The previous collar I had for my dog was a much heavier duty nylon. The buckle was also much better quality. I was very careful to order the correct size according to Yellow Dog's measurements. I have an 85# German Shepherd, I ordered the large. I had to scale it down a LOT to fit. I could have actually made it even smaller for her, but then the lettering would have been blocked. In summary, the collar is attractive. The material/hardware is not the highest quality. I'm sure I will be replacing it in a year or two. The sizing is not accurate.

Our guarantee promises that we will replace any product purchased from Hot Dog Collars that, due to manufacturer defect, is lost, fails, or unnaturally wears, for the entire life of the product.
Our guarantee does not cover products which are:- Lost for reasons other than manufacturer defect.

- Stinky, dirty or smelly

- Returns are typically processed within 2 business days after receipt, but can take up to 1-2 weeks.
- Returns must be requested within 30 days after an order has been delivered.
