Engraving Details
- This Dog ID Tag will be engraved with up to 3 lines of text
- 15 characters (including spaces) per line is the MAX recommended text
- This Pet ID Tag will be engraved EXACTLY as the information is entered
- Be careful, check spelling and phone #s
- Our engraver will automatically adjust the font size according to the amount of text to be engraved
- Keep in mind that 3 lines of long text will create a relatively small font size...FEWER LINES & WORDS = BIGGER FONT

Just what I was looking for!
I wanted a heart-shaped tag, but while I was trying to find one, I discovered that most of them didn't have a true heart shape ... but this one did! The color is a true red - and having engraving on both sides of the tag was a great option! That way, it didn't matter how it hung from my dog's color :)

i had my tag made for my chihuahua that passed away. i needed an engraved tag for the top of her cremation urn and this was perfect. shaped like a heart with her name and dates on it. i was very satisfied with the way it turned out. the engraving was large and very clear. thank you hot dog collars!

I order "Dog Tag" hearts for our running team for each major event we enter. This was the first time I ordered from HotDog and am so happy I did. They had the most color choices and engraved on both sides of the tag which was great. There was some confusion on the font size which the company helped clear up for me beautifully. I see complaints about the O-ring, that has been an issue with all 4 of the companies I have ordered from before. I will be ordering our future hearts from them in the future.

Our guarantee promises that we will replace any product purchased from Hot Dog Collars that, due to manufacturer defect, is lost, fails, or unnaturally wears, for the entire life of the product.
Our guarantee does not cover products which are:- Lost for reasons other than manufacturer defect.
- Outgrown or no longer fits
- Stinky, dirty or smelly
- Exhibiting normal wear and tear
- Damaged intentionally or through neglect
- Damaged due to tie-outs.
Return Policy
If there is a problem with a product, please allow us the opportunity to resolve the issue. Contact us regarding any items that you would like to return or exchange.
Our full return policy is as follows:
- Products are available for return/exchange.
- Personalized Items - We understand the frustration, but customers who enter incorrect personalized information or order the wrong size for their pet are not eligible for a return or exchange. Please be sure that your pet's name, your phone number, or any other information is entered correctly BEFORE your purchase is complete. If an error occurs due to a mistake in our production process, we will fix it, but we cannot fix errors in the text entered by customers. Please be sure to measure your dog and compare it with the measurements of the collar before ordering a personalized collar to avoid ordering the incorrect size. If you are unsure how to measure or have questions about the size of a product, please contact us or use our customer support chat for assistance.
- Returns are typically processed within 2 business days after receipt, but can take up to 1-2 weeks.
- Returns must be requested within 30 days after an order has been delivered.
- "Grab Bag" products are not eligible for returns. Please be sure to measure your pet before ordering to ensure you receive the size you need.
