We want all our customers to be happy, so if you're purchasing a gift for the holidays, please be sure to order as early as possible to allow your gifts plenty of time to arrive.
Due to both order volume and shipping carrier delays, there may be a delay in receiving your order. Please know we are working around the clock to get orders fulfilled, products personalized and out the door as quickly as we can!
Once your order has been fulfilled, there could be delays to ground shipping, 2-day shipping, next day shipping, etc. These delays are out of our control, as mail carriers get backed up around the holidays and this year in particular. This applies to most/all online retailers, so it's more important than ever to do your holiday shopping early.
