Great dog collar
Great all round dog collar. The color stays strong. The writing stays legible. I did have the plastic clasp break on the first collar I bought. I liked the collar so much I bought it a a second time but this time with the metal clasp and have not had a problem. You will not be disappointed.

Solid, long-lasting and beautiful!
This is the second premium personalized collar with the metal clasp that we've ordered for our dog. And the only reason we have to get a second is that the color was fading on the first one we got a couple years ago. The clasp and band were solid. We would have them in five different colors if we didn't have to reattach her license and rabies tag every time we changed collars!

Our guarantee promises that we will replace any product purchased from Hot Dog Collars that, due to manufacturer defect, is lost, fails, or unnaturally wears, for the entire life of the product.
Our guarantee does not cover products which are:- Lost for reasons other than manufacturer defect.
- Outgrown or no longer fits
- Stinky, dirty or smelly
- Exhibiting normal wear and tear
- Damaged intentionally or through neglect
- Damaged due to tie-outs.

- Personalized Items - We understand the frustration, but customers who enter incorrect personalized information or order the wrong size for their pet are not eligible for a return or exchange. Please be sure that your pet's name, your phone number, or any other information is entered correctly BEFORE your purchase is complete. If an error occurs due to a mistake in our production process, we will fix it, but we cannot fix errors in the text entered by customers. Please be sure to measure your dog and compare it with the measurements of the collar before ordering a personalized collar to avoid ordering the incorrect size. - Returns are typically processed within 2 business days after receipt, but can take up to 1-2 weeks.
