Great collars. Flexible and handles the dog well. Ordered 3 print collars. Brown w yellow letters; pink w/ red letters and a blue “Caution” collar. All 3 are flexible and appear from the look of our doggie to be comfortable. They have not bled or become misshapened after almost a full summer of daily swimming,walking, plaguing ball and oh yeah working. She’s a legit licensed and registered service dog. The blue caution collar acts as a service dog vest and is substantial enough that it keeps people from attempting to touch her when she’s on duty. It goes great with her blue service vest as well. By the way, your customer service is a bonus. I had A post order last second change that was handled in a prompt, professional and courteous fashion. This is a good and a friendly merchant. If an error occurs due to a mistake in our production process, we will fix it, but we cannot fix errors in the text entered by customers. Please be sure to measure your dog and compare it with the measurements of the collar before ordering a personalized collar to avoid ordering the incorrect size. - Returns are typically processed within 2 business days after receipt, but can take up to 1-2 weeks.
