Martingale Custom Collar
The two stars are for the features I liked: the variety of nice colors to choose from and easy to read font. However the collar didn’t last one week!! It says to wear the collar a little loose, so when I wasn’t watching my dog was able to get ahold of the part that would attach to a leash and pull the collar apart where it was stitched together. So I guess I’d say the stitching isn’t strong enough!

The loop you hook the leash to is too big on the small collar. My dog chews on it. If it were smaller, she couldn’t reach it.

Martingale Customized Dog Collar
I love this product, having purchased for other dogs I've owned. This time, the collar was acceptable but kind of sloppy....multiple rows of stitching through the name and phone number so it's hard to read. And that stitching was white, while the collar was blue. Disappointed.

MAKE SURE YOU WANT A TRAINING COLLAR BEFORE YOU ORDER THIS. The picture with this looks nothing like what comes. It is like a choke type collat you slip over the dogs head. I reordered collars that look like the ones pictured. I also let them know of my mistake and I did not receive a reply.

These martingale collars are the best. The printing is part of the fabric of the collar so it never fades or rubs off. Each size can be made to fit necks big and small (a lot of adjustment is possible), so if you're not sure which size to go with, chances are, you're going to be able to make it work. We a small, medium, and large to fit any foster that comes through this house, plus we ordered another round of 50 for our nonprofit dog rescue as they love them, too. They're extremely safe for dogs who are prone to backing out of their collars - it's nearly impossible if you've got the right fit. Wonderful, responsive company. Wonderful, quality product.

If an error occurs due to a mistake in our production process, we will fix it, but we cannot fix errors in the text entered by customers. Please be sure to measure your dog and compare it with the measurements of the collar before ordering a personalized collar to avoid ordering the incorrect size.
