QUIET BUT DIFFICULTT TO APPLY
Ordered 2 of the blue ones, and I like them, but they were difficult to place around the tags. So much that they tore slightly on the inside edge. They do cut down on the jingling of all the tags pets are required to wear along with name tags.

Very pleased with how the silencer fits snugly on the tag. I bought a circular tag and paw shaped tag. The silencer fit them both. It's been over a month since they have been on and they are still snug. I have purchased silencers before at pet stores and they always fell off, not these. The only complaint I have is I ordered 3 and received only 2. They had even highlighted the number ordered. Perhaps since they are small it was overlooked.

DOES THE JOB FOR QUIET ON BIG DOGS
Our labs Molly and Marley are a rough and tumble large type of animal and the silencers are needed when we are trying to sleep as they play day and night. Because the tags are of such durable quality, the silencers do have to be replaced within a six to twelve month time span, but they definitely do the job and we are thankful that there is such a product offered.

Our guarantee promises that we will replace any product purchased from Hot Dog Collars that, due to manufacturer defect, is lost, fails, or unnaturally wears, for the entire life of the product.
Our guarantee does not cover products which are:- Lost for reasons other than manufacturer defect.
- Outgrown or no longer fits
- Stinky, dirty or smelly
- Exhibiting normal wear and tear
- Damaged intentionally or through neglect
- Damaged due to tie-outs.
Return Policy

Our full return policy is as follows:
- Products are available for return/exchange.
- Personalized Items - We understand the frustration, but customers who enter incorrect personalized information or order the wrong size for their pet are not eligible for a return or exchange. Please be sure that your pet's name, your phone number, or any other information is entered correctly BEFORE your purchase is complete. If an error occurs due to a mistake in our production process, we will fix it, but we cannot fix errors in the text entered by customers. Please be sure to measure your dog and compare it with the measurements of the collar before ordering a personalized collar to avoid ordering the incorrect size. - Returns are typically processed within 2 business days after receipt, but can take up to 1-2 weeks.
- Returns must be requested within 30 days after an order has been delivered.
