Nice collar overall
Overall I’m pleased with the collar. It fits my dog nicely and I was very happy to be able to add in the buckle! I love that I could get a martingale collar with a fun design rather than just boring solid colors. It is well made and sturdy. It looks like it should last a long time. I’ve had the collar a bit over a month now, and it looks just as good as when we got it, and she wears it daily! The reason I deducted a star was because where there are the “raw” edges of the nylon, it is quite “sharp”....it doesn’t seem to bother my dog at all, she doesn’t scratch at it or anything, and there is zero irritation, and she has sensitive skin and hair loss from a previous issue (before we adopted her). I wish the edges had been finished smoother and rounder. There is only one “raw” edge that actually is against her thankfully. Also, a word of warning on the color, I can’t fault the website or company as all monitors vary how they display color, so it’s nothing I’m deducting stars or anything for...but the color of this collar in person is more of a shamrock green rather than the teal/mint looking green that it appeared on my iPad. As I said, no fault of anyone, just simply differences in display settings, But I was a bit disappointed as my dogs color is teal.

- Products are available for return/exchange.
- Personalized Items - We understand the frustration, but customers who enter incorrect personalized information or order the wrong size for their pet are not eligible for a return or exchange. Please be sure that your pet's name, your phone number, or any other information is entered correctly BEFORE your purchase is complete. If an error occurs due to a mistake in our production process, we will fix it, but we cannot fix errors in the text entered by customers. Please be sure to measure your dog and compare it with the measurements of the collar before ordering a personalized collar to avoid ordering the incorrect size. - Returns are typically processed within 2 business days after receipt, but can take up to 1-2 weeks.
- Returns must be requested within 30 days after an order has been delivered.
- "Grab Bag" products are not eligible for returns. Please be sure to measure your pet before ordering to ensure you receive the size you need.
