Waterproof collars
I love these collars! They have lasted the longest time. I have two Boxers and these do not get dirty! I would love love love to have more patterns to choose from. Holiday patterns would be awesome!

Almost perfect
I was pleased with the waterproof options and the quality of the product is very good. I have two large dogs (lab mixes) and initially ordered the Size LARGE collars. I really liked the width of the Large collar, however, there were not enough holes punched in the collar to make it smaller. Therefore I had to return and get MEDIUM sized, which is a thinner width. They fit, I just wish they came in the wider option.

Waterproof Dog Collars
These are the best collars we have ever purchased for our dogs. They clean up nicely and I love the different designs. I ordered them a little big and you can add a hole to them without them fraying or any other issues.

GREAT COLLARS!
I purchased the leopard print and red bandana print for my two dogs. The quality is good, they seem sturdy. They fit nice and are easy to clean.

A UNIQUE COLLAR FOR MY VERY UNIQUE PUPPY!
I had been trying to find a collar for my 1 1/2 yr old, rambunctious, rottie lab mix puppy. I needed something that was not only his personality, but something that was strong enough to hold him safely while taking him for a walk. All chain store bought collars I tried were a complete waste of time. He would just slide out of them or the clasp (I guess that's what it's called) would pull apart. They were such a waste of money that I ended up throwing all of them in my crafting pile. When I saw the Hugs & Kisses collar, I knew I just found the one for him. He really does give hugs and kisses!! It's perfect! There's room for him to grow and sturdy enough to hold him. I cannot count the many times the other collars failed and he got loose. He's definitely a runner and I could never catch him. I'm going to get the matching leash soon and another dog tag for my older dog. Hot Dog Collars has earned a customer for life!

Our guarantee promises that we will replace any product purchased from Hot Dog Collars that, due to manufacturer defect, is lost, fails, or unnaturally wears, for the entire life of the product.
Our guarantee does not cover products which are:- Lost for reasons other than manufacturer defect.
- Outgrown or no longer fits
- Stinky, dirty or smelly
- Exhibiting normal wear and tear
- Damaged intentionally or through neglect
- Damaged due to tie-outs.
Return Policy
If there is a problem with a product, please allow us the opportunity to resolve the issue. Contact us regarding any items that you would like to return or exchange.
Our full return policy is as follows:
- Products are available for return/exchange.
- Personalized Items - We understand the frustration, but customers who enter incorrect personalized information or order the wrong size for their pet are not eligible for a return or exchange. Please be sure that your pet's name, your phone number, or any other information is entered correctly BEFORE your purchase is complete. If an error occurs due to a mistake in our production process, we will fix it, but we cannot fix errors in the text entered by customers. Please be sure to measure your dog and compare it with the measurements of the collar before ordering a personalized collar to avoid ordering the incorrect size. If you are unsure how to measure or have questions about the size of a product, please contact us or use our customer support chat for assistance.
- Returns are typically processed within 2 business days after receipt, but can take up to 1-2 weeks.
- Returns must be requested within 30 days after an order has been delivered.
- "Grab Bag" products are not eligible for returns. Please be sure to measure your pet before ordering to ensure you receive the size you need.
