PERSONALIZATION
- This Dog ID Tag will be engraved with up to 3 lines of text for small sizes, and up to 4 lines of text for medium and large sizes
- 20 characters per line is the maximum recommended text
- This Pet ID Tag will be engraved exactly as the information is entered, unless our engravers can optimize text placement for larger size and better display
- Be careful, check spelling and phone #s
- Keep in mind that fewer lines and characters will ensure a larger font size

Functional and beautiful canine jewelry!
We placed our order with Hot Dog collars for a new id tag after our beloved pooch Cinder got out of a yard while visiting a friend. Luckily she found her way to a dog trainer's yard who knew to call the county to retrieve our information. Her current id tag was no longer legible. The ordering process was simple and swift. Once the tag arrived the quality was clearly superior to our previous tag. Now our little escape artisit is safe and sound with our contact information once again!

RING TO PUT TAG ON
I am having a LOT OF DIFFICULTY putting this tag onto the ring(s) included ! I cannot open it enough to put on. I already broke a nail and used a knife and still won't open up enough to slide thru. Any ideas on HOW TO DO THIS?????????????? Geesh I am bummed and aggravated indeedy.

Hot Dog Collars is proud to offer a "Limited Lifetime Guarantee" to our customers for many of our products. Our guarantee promises that we will replace any product purchased from Hot Dog Collars that, due to manufacturer defect, is lost, fails, or unnaturally wears, for the entire life of the product.
Our guarantee does not cover products which are:- Lost for reasons other than manufacturer defect.
- Outgrown or no longer fits
- Stinky, dirty or smelly
- Exhibiting normal wear and tear
- Damaged intentionally or through neglect
- Damaged due to tie-outs.
Return Policy
If there is a problem with a product, please allow us the opportunity to resolve the issue. Contact us regarding any items that you would like to return or exchange.
Our full return policy is as follows:
- Products are available for return/exchange.
- Personalized Items - We understand the frustration, but customers who enter incorrect personalized information or order the wrong size for their pet are not eligible for a return or exchange. Please be sure that your pet's name, your phone number, or any other information is entered correctly BEFORE your purchase is complete. If an error occurs due to a mistake in our production process, we will fix it, but we cannot fix errors in the text entered by customers. Please be sure to measure your dog and compare it with the measurements of the collar before ordering a personalized collar to avoid ordering the incorrect size. If you are unsure how to measure or have questions about the size of a product, please contact us or use our customer support chat for assistance.
- Returns are typically processed within 2 business days after receipt, but can take up to 1-2 weeks.
- Returns must be requested within 30 days after an order has been delivered.
- "Grab Bag" products are not eligible for returns. Please be sure to measure your pet before ordering to ensure you receive the size you need.
