I bought this for my search and rescue dog for night training. I wanted a light weight collar, with high visibility, that would be easy to use. It works really well for her. I had trouble deciding which size to buy, since her neck size was between and medium and large. I went with the large, The medium probably would have been better.

Great collar and plenty bright at night even with her long hair. Charges fast and well built and worth the money over the cheap competitors. only issue is the collar is easily turned on by her when scratching or flopping around on the floor, but battery lasts long enough that I’m not concerned.

Our guarantee does not cover products which are:- Lost for reasons other than manufacturer defect.

- Stinky, dirty or smelly
- Exhibiting normal wear and tear
- Damaged intentionally or through neglect

Return Policy

- Products are available for return/exchange.
- Personalized Items - We understand the frustration, but customers who enter incorrect personalized information or order the wrong size for their pet are not eligible for a return or exchange. Please be sure that your pet's name, your phone number, or any other information is entered correctly BEFORE your purchase is complete. If an error occurs due to a mistake in our production process, we will fix it, but we cannot fix errors in the text entered by customers. Please be sure to measure your dog and compare it with the measurements of the collar before ordering a personalized collar to avoid ordering the incorrect size. If you are unsure how to measure or have questions about the size of a product, please contact us or use our customer support chat for assistance.
- Returns are typically processed within 2 business days after receipt, but can take up to 1-2 weeks.
- Returns must be requested within 30 days after an order has been delivered.
- "Grab Bag" products are not eligible for returns. Please be sure to measure your pet before ordering to ensure you receive the size you need.
