This dog collar utilizes a slip closure, also called a choker style collar. Sizing is given as a single neck length. Measure your dogs neck size or its current collar length (not including buckles) to obtain correct sizing, and then select a size approx 1-2 inches larger

This collar is amazing! It stopped our dog’s pulling behavior while on leash in ONE walk! Absolutely the Best way to stop a puller while on leash. She figured it out in minutes that if she doesn’t pull her neck won’t be restricted. Chain slip collars are too aggressive on the dog’s neck so I wouldn’t use them. This has corrected the behavior 100%.

Round Braided Training Collar
This collar is a must have for any type of breed. You can still have a pretty collar too. This collar is for training in obedience and also for the show ring. I walk multiple dogs with this collar like I'm walking an empty leash. You have to measure correctly behind the ears. Add one inch. You don't want excess length. It has to fit right to get an appropriate correction and stay in correct location. You'll see a huge difference with proper instruction from a trainer for it's use. I have used this type collar for over forty years with GSDs, Goldies, Goldendoodles. My elder dogs see me grab their collar and lead and can't wait to put it on cause they're going out!

I love these collars. I am dog show handler, I have 2 xoloitzcuintli that I need new collars for. They are the best collars that I have found for any breed! And getting hard to find really well made collars. since they are a slip collar they do not leave marks on the dogs neck ,they give you control of the dog when you need. and don't get stuck and loosens back up. Very please I was able to find them.
