Excellent product!
I ordered 4 of these collars, 5 years ago. The name plate broke on one of them shortly after my grandparents dog started wearing it but they taped it and he's been wearing it that way with no problems. My 3 dogs have worn theirs without incident until tonight when 1 dog got it off and chewed it... So I came back to order a replacement and see it's been 5 years and 2 months since I ordered them. In my opinion, that's a darned good product!!! I highly recommend these. Sizing is perfect, features are perfect, and they are durable. The receiver dose scratch up from dog wear and tear/ itching but overall they are fantastic.

I ended up placing two orders for the REFLECTIVE SunGlo Personalized Name Plate Dog Collar. The first was for a miniature golden doodle (13lbs) but after seeing the quality and craftsmanship of the collar I had to order one for our Great Dane lab mix (80lbs). It’s a great product and is an ideal solution for my dogs as since we live in the country on some acreage.

Collar is just as described. Each time we add a member to our family or they out grow one, this is our go-to collar. We love the reflective feature and they are very durable.

GREAT COLLARS
I bought three of these collars for my three dogs. I really like how they are well made, loved the reflective stripe on the collar and really loved the engraved tag on the collar. They keep clean and do not get smelly like some collars can.

- Stinky, dirty or smelly

- Damaged intentionally or through neglect

Return Policy

- Products are available for return/exchange.
- Personalized Items - We understand the frustration, but customers who enter incorrect personalized information or order the wrong size for their pet are not eligible for a return or exchange. Please be sure that your pet's name, your phone number, or any other information is entered correctly BEFORE your purchase is complete. If an error occurs due to a mistake in our production process, we will fix it, but we cannot fix errors in the text entered by customers. Please be sure to measure your dog and compare it with the measurements of the collar before ordering a personalized collar to avoid ordering the incorrect size. - Returns are typically processed within 2 business days after receipt, but can take up to 1-2 weeks.
- Returns must be requested within 30 days after an order has been delivered.
