Lettering will be placed on the collar at our discretion unless otherwise instructed. Without specific instruction as to the placement of the lettering, you may end up with text that is covered by the adjustment slider. This dog collar utilizes a quick clasp closure, also called a side release clasp. Sizing is given as a range of neck lengths. Measure your dogs neck size or its current collar length (not including buckles) to obtain correct sizing.

Embroidered collar
I got the pink with white stitching. It looks great on her. I like that I don't have her tags beating my car door up whenever she sticks her head out the window. I'm very pleased with my purchase.

Clasp froze closed
Perfect collar except throughout our wet months the clasp is frozen solid. I’m ordering another one and will keep an eye on it but I sure prefer plastic clasp!

personalized dog collar
this was the 6th of these collars I've purchased. I bought that many because I have been happy with them. Very good quality overall but must say the first one's I purchased were better quality than this last one, which has a loose fitting buckle that rattles constantly. My only complaint other than that is that the Medium collar only comes in 1/2 " width. This is too narrow for a lot of "medium" dogs. Otherwise would have given 5 stars.

Our guarantee promises that we will replace any product purchased from Hot Dog Collars that, due to manufacturer defect, is lost, fails, or unnaturally wears, for the entire life of the product.
Our guarantee does not cover products which are:- Lost for reasons other than manufacturer defect.
- Outgrown or no longer fits
- Stinky, dirty or smelly
- Exhibiting normal wear and tear
- Damaged intentionally or through neglect
- Damaged due to tie-outs.
Return Policy

- Personalized Items - We understand the frustration, but customers who enter incorrect personalized information or order the wrong size for their pet are not eligible for a return or exchange. Please be sure that your pet's name, your phone number, or any other information is entered correctly BEFORE your purchase is complete. If an error occurs due to a mistake in our production process, we will fix it, but we cannot fix errors in the text entered by customers. Please be sure to measure your dog and compare it with the measurements of the collar before ordering a personalized collar to avoid ordering the incorrect size. If you are unsure how to measure or have questions about the size of a product, please contact us or use our customer support chat for assistance.
- Returns are typically processed within 2 business days after receipt, but can take up to 1-2 weeks.
- Returns must be requested within 30 days after an order has been delivered.
