Personalized Embroidered Dog Collar

I have been a customer of this company for over 10 years and have made several orders. I have always ordered the imprinted collars with metal buckle and dog's names around the collar. The collars start to show wear after a time. Initially these were guaranteed for the life of the dog, but I don't see that option anymore. This time, I decided to spend extra to have my dogs' names and my phone number embroidered on the collars and also had to spend extra to get the metal buckle, hoping they would weather better. My order was just over $53 for the 2 collars. On arrival, I noticed right away that these were only embroidered in one place, in the direct center of the unadjusted collar, whereas the cheaper collars in the past were imprinted 2-3 times around the entire outside. After adjusting the collar to fit my dogs, I found that the adjustment slide covers either the dog's name or the phone number in both cases (I have 2 different sized collars ordered for 2 different dogs). This makes them fairly useless, as if my dog gets lost I highly doubt a stranger will try to remove the collar and move the slide to see my phone number. Also, the new type of metal buckle has a small post to push to release it, rather than being squeeze type. My larger dog wore this collar for only a couple of hours before somehow knocking against that post and losing the collar in my yard. The embroidery is lasts.. I ordered my first set in 2023 and they are still excellent. The color of the collar has faded a little but the embroidery is excellent and still sharp. ( I do wash them once a month in a delicate bag). My dogs love them so much they dont like having them off for the washing.

I have the teal (2023) and just ordered the Orange (2025) that is super vibrant and looks excellent. I bought it for the high visibility and the orange doesnt disappoint.

Great item and they actually realized they made a mistake and sent me a corrected item without me even having to tell them! They accidentally reversed the collar and text colors, the collar still looked great so I wasn't going to take the time to request a correction. Today, out of the blue, I received another collar with the correct collar/text color. Five stars, would order from them again. I also appreciate that they will remove the D-ring upon request.
