Personalized ID Collar
It was hard to find a wide 1" collar with a medium sized circumference, but Hot Dog Collars had it! The ordering process was easy, product shipped and received quickly. Was disappointed that the text repeated and started at the clasp. This would look much better if it was centered on the collar. Too bad this didn't come with a reflective option in this width. The collar has a thinner weight/feel than I was expecting. It's nice because it's new, but just OK for me.

Got two collars for my pups and wasn’t entirely satisfied with how they turned out the first time- between the stitching and plastic part, the name wasn’t fully visible. I contacted customer service asking about a potential redo and within 3 hours, they responded that they’d redo both collars with stacked text. I got the new collars in less than a week. Our guarantee promises that we will replace any product purchased from Hot Dog Collars that, due to manufacturer defect, is lost, fails, or unnaturally wears, for the entire life of the product.
Our guarantee does not cover products which are:- Lost for reasons other than manufacturer defect.
- Outgrown or no longer fits
- Stinky, dirty or smelly
- Exhibiting normal wear and tear
- Damaged intentionally or through neglect
- Damaged due to tie-outs.
Return Policy

- Products are available for return/exchange.
- Personalized Items - We understand the frustration, but customers who enter incorrect personalized information or order the wrong size for their pet are not eligible for a return or exchange. Please be sure that your pet's name, your phone number, or any other information is entered correctly BEFORE your purchase is complete. If an error occurs due to a mistake in our production process, we will fix it, but we cannot fix errors in the text entered by customers. Please be sure to measure your dog and compare it with the measurements of the collar before ordering a personalized collar to avoid ordering the incorrect size. If you are unsure how to measure or have questions about the size of a product, please contact us or use our customer support chat for assistance.
- Returns are typically processed within 2 business days after receipt, but can take up to 1-2 weeks.
- Returns must be requested within 30 days after an order has been delivered.
