The collar I bought 3 times fell apart like paper after abt 3 months!!!!!!!! I was soooo happy to finally find this one for my 5#+ black & white hair with the perfect fireball mix! Everyone comments on the red/bling accent with her black & white hair! i would rate the quality, the sizing, & the style all 5 stars! THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!

SUCH a lovely collar
I bought a similar collar at a commercial per supply store but it wasn't genuine leather and it was twice the price. It fell apart in about 4 months. This collar is really pretty- it's cobalt blue with sparkling crystals all around. Our Vizsla wears it proudly (even though the guys make fun of her because she's a bird dog). She loves her collar and I do too. HotDogCollars has great selection and even better pricing. Shipping is super speedy. Can't say enough good stuff about them.

REALLY NICE FOR THE PRICE
Bought a blue one for my male frenchie and surprisingly it's not overly girly. So far so good on the crystals- they are all in place after 2 weeks of wear. Lovely blue color.

Pretty collar
I bought this collar for my female GSD but the buckle broke within a week. It was replaced right away, so customer service is great! It's only been a few weeks, but so far so good. I love the pink color and the crystal studs are very girly girl. My Venus looks great in it. I like it a lot.

JUST WHAT I WANTED
The collar is just what I was looking for. Only one negative is the color. I wanted a purple color but the red is a great substitute for the purple. I looked for weeks for the perfect collar. It had to have the rhinestones set in so it would not catch her ears and pull the hair and smooth on the part that touches her neck.

Collars are well made and easy to clean (just wipe w/a wet cloth). The crystals are super blingy, my girls are stylin' now!

Our guarantee does not cover products which are:- Lost for reasons other than manufacturer defect.
- Outgrown or no longer fits
- Stinky, dirty or smelly
- Exhibiting normal wear and tear
- Damaged intentionally or through neglect
- Damaged due to tie-outs.
Free Shipping on Returns Policy
If there is a problem with a product, please allow us the opportunity to resolve the issue. Contact us regarding any items that you would like to return or exchange.
"Grab Bag" products are not eligible for returns. Please be sure to measure your pet before ordering to ensure you receive the size you need.
Free return labels can be generated up to 30 days after you receive your order. If you're within the 30 day window from delivery, you can request a return label by clicking here.
RETURNS POLICY
- You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Certain products will receive a store credit only—These include personalized products, beds, toys, bully sticks, rawhides, and treats.
- Returns are typically processed within 2 business days after receipt, but can take up to 1-2 weeks
- Our free return program is available to addresses in the United States only. - We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). We understand the frustration, but customers who enter incorrect personalized information for their pet are not eligible for a free return. Please be sure to double-check the spelling of any personalized text before completing your order
- You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
