Excellent Quality. The Pet Tags are very good they are exactly as shown on the website...Good Job. However the glow in the dark product I purchased keeps coming off the pet tag, so eventually I am sure it will be lost. Apart from that I would buy again from Hot Dog . I would Highly recommend Hot Dog.

GOOD PRODUCT BUT HAS AN ISSUE
The product is built well and looks awesome, the problem is the inlaid colored tiling will break or fall off. One solution is to use the tag guard which is sold prevents the tag from the jolts that will cause the color pieces to fall off. The other would be for the manufacturer to somehow seal in the colored \pieces so they wont fall or flake out. We are very pleased this firm replaces them when damaged but its also not fair to the seller to have to keep replacing the,m for free.
