PATRIOTIC
I was so pleased with American flag dog tag. It is very well made and expensive looking. I had found a stray dog and got him this tag, later found him a new home so the tag didn't go along with him as he has a new address. My other dog is wearing it now even though his name's not Cookie!

JUST ONE PRECAUTION
LOVE THE TAG; LOOKS & FEELS GREAT; ENGRAVING BEAUTIFUL. CANNOT USE IT FOR OUR MINATURE SCHNAUZER (18 LBS) BECAUSE IT IS TOO HEAVY IN COMBINATION WITH HER OTHER TAGS. THIS ONE HAD HER CHIP INFO & SHE HAS A SECOND W/NAME & HOME INFO & THEN HER RABIES TAG. WE ORDERED ANOTHER HYPERLITE TO REPLACE THIS ONE.

I like the size of the tag. Since the painted part is recessed, it is not rubbing off. The lettering is clear and easily read. I would recommend this tag over ones that are painted because the paint will wear off quickly.

The American Flag tags are made very well! They are heavy duty and the colors are great. I just wish I could find a silencer to put around it, it's quite loud on the collars, especially when the two dogs are playing together. But they don't wear collars all of the time so it's OK All in all, great product.

3RD TIME
I have ordered this tag 3 times. Twice for my last dog, he lost the 1st one. This time for my new puppy. Was very happy with the tag for my last dog & did find the lost one when raking but had already ordered a new one for him, unfortunately he had to be put down b4 the tag came, I kept the new one as a remembrance of him. Have ordered these b4, my dog lost his so I ordered another. Before it arrive I found the old one in a pile of leaves I was raking & the old one was still in good shape & my dog had worn it for several years. He swam in the lake & was very active while wearing it. Will use the new one as a remembrance of him as I had to put him down b4 it arrived. If I get another dog I will definitely order another tag from Hot Dog Collars.
