FANTASTIC QUALITY & PRICING
I ordered 2 separate sets one in blue martingale collar and leash and a martingale with leash as well as a standard buckle collar in pink. I was very impressed with the pricing, especially for items made in the U.S. which is extremely important to me. All items received are exceptionally well made, quality thick nylon webbing, metal D rings and I like that there's a separate little loop on the standard collar for ID, why isn't the one on the martingale? That would be super convenient. Still, they look fantastic and So far the martingale has held up to my extremely hard puller so I'm impressed. I cannot attest to the strength of the buckle collar, I'm always worried about plastic buckles snapping since he did that not once but three times on other traditional collars. The leash i received was not the correct width I ordered 1" and received a 3/4" but that was Amazon's fault. Still I find they are well made but the edging is very sharp, it almost cuts into my hands when he pulls, I didn't notice this on the other 1" leash but that since was donated so i can't say for certain now. I would suggest looking into this because it's extremely uncomfortable. Customer service was originally fantastic, I emailed and called and both times I received prompt, friendly and more the. Great service. However, I had to return am item and had a very difficult time accessing their return portal and emailed 3 times with no response. Once I called I was helped efficiently and she was super nice, more then fantastic but it my emails shouldn't be ignored. Overall I'm very pleased, a few hiccups bit I will order again. Thank you for making my pups look so cute!

- Returns are typically processed within 2 business days after receipt, but can take up to 1-2 weeks.
