There are 3 steps to exchange a product:

  1. Click here to request your FREE return label. Note, you will be taken to our return portal page.
  2. Once your product is received, we will issue a store credit to your account
  3. You may then use the store credit to order any size, color, or product you would like

Our full exchange policy is as follows:
- Free Return labels can be generated up to 30 days after you receive your order
- All products are available for return/exchange, however some will offer a store credit only including personalized product, beds, toys, bully sticks, rawhides, and treats
- Exchange credits are typically processed within 2 business days after receipt but can take up to 1-2 weeks
- Free return program is available to addresses in the US only
