How do I return an item?

If there is a mistake in your order, no need to read any further, simply contact us so we can make it right!

Due to a number of individuals taking advantage of our previous system, we are able to offer returns via cash credit with a restock fee only.  ALL return requests for credit to a credit card or paypal account WILL  incur a restock fee equal to the greater of 30% or $5 per item

Include your order number, name and address (a copy of the packing slip works nicely) so we can reference your order. We recommend that you insure your return so if it is damaged during the trip back, you aren't liable. Please allow 4-6 weeks to process your return.

IMPORTANT RETURN NOTE:  If you have a damaged toy that carries a manufacturers guarantee, DO NOT send the toy to us.  Please follow the instructions on the tag that came with the toy (also detailed on the product page on our website).  Damaged toys that we receive are immediately disposed of for sanitary reasons.    We cannot offer return shipping and CANNOT provide the replacement toy.  These must be handled through the manufacturer


NOTES, DISCLAIMERS, and ALL THAT LAWYER STUFF:

All products are GUARANTEED for a total of 180 days after purchase. If you believe you have received a defective item, please contact us immediately.  HOWEVER, we may ask for an image of, or the actual, item that has been damaged.  If we determine that the damage was the result of a tie-out using a plastic clasp collar or due to other mis-use, we reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund.


If your item shows visible signs of wear and tear, we will not be able to accept a return or exchange.  These signs include, but are not limited to, stretched fabric, color fade, wear marks from buckle collars, stretched holes on buckle collars, scratched charms, buckles, and studs, missing pieces, HAIR ON THE ITEM, and stains of any kind.  Restock fee does not apply to tags returned as a result of our satisfaction guarantee

We do not refund outgoing shipping.

Clearance, Personalized, and certain Seasonal items are NOT available for return or exchange.
