Personalized collar
The personalized part is nice. The collar is thin and stiff. The seem edges are rough and sharp. I can't reurn it, because it's personalized. The previous collar I bought was much better quality. Won't be buying anything else.

Metal Clasps
I thought the metal clasps would be a great thing, but when I got them and used them...not so much! They are very hard to use if you have any kind of Arthritis in your hands. They stick and are very hard to open. Be very careful in ordering these if you have any kind of issue with strength in your hands.

The collar is really nice but the metal clasp is hard to work with
The metal clasp is hard to undo. Takes some work. I like the collar so i put up with the difficult clasp.

The collar looks very nice - but - the metal clasp jingles to the point of driving both the dog and his humans crazy. I love the colors we chose, but the jingling makes the collar unusable.

Our guarantee promises that we will replace any product purchased from Hot Dog Collars that, due to manufacturer defect, is lost, fails, or unnaturally wears, for the entire life of the product.
Our guarantee does not cover products which are:- Lost for reasons other than manufacturer defect.

- Stinky, dirty or smelly
- Exhibiting normal wear and tear
- Damaged intentionally or through neglect

- Personalized Items - We understand the frustration, but customers who enter incorrect personalized information or order the wrong size for their pet are not eligible for a return or exchange. Please be sure that your pet's name, your phone number, or any other information is entered correctly BEFORE your purchase is complete. If an error occurs due to a mistake in our production process, we will fix it, but we cannot fix errors in the text entered by customers. Please be sure to measure your dog and compare it with the measurements of the collar before ordering a personalized collar to avoid ordering the incorrect size.
