Personalized products are custom made from our plant in Greensboro, NC and require up to 7-10 business days production time in addition to the estimated shipping time. Personalized products are not eligible for returns except in the event of a manufacturing defect.

CUSTOMIZATION
Our embroidery team works hard to make sure that your collar is made exactly to your expectations. All text is embroidered using capital lettering. Personalized text will not repeat around the dog collar.
Personalized text will be placed on the collar at our discretion unless otherwise instructed. Without specific instruction as to the placement of the lettering, we cannot accept responsibility for text covered after adjusting the collar.
AVAILABLE COLORS:
Choose from 18 collar colors (including our 6 reflective color options) and 16 thread colors. Each reflective personalized embroidered dog collar will utilize 2 lines of reflective thread at the top and bottom of the collar. Each line of reflective thread ensures high visibility for your dog at night and in low light situations.

Add some style to your personalized collar with an artistic icon. Choose from any of the 12 art designs pictured above. Art icons are placed on either side of the requested text.

SIZING

This dog collar utilizes a quick clasp closure, also called a side release clasp. Sizing is given as a range of neck lengths. Measure your dogs neck size or its current collar length (not including buckles) to obtain correct sizing.

These collars are awesome! The quality is really great. Our dogs are very active and these collars are super durable. I just pop them in the washing machine every once in a while and they are good as new. Highly recommend.

Stitching on the collar
The new collars are very pretty but the stitching is on the area you need to make the collar smaller and cannot be read unless the collar is taken off the dog and made bigger. If the custom stitching was moved over toward the metal ring where you hook the leash to, there would not be any issue at all. Very disappointed in this product and I will have to spend more money to order from a different company so the phone number is visible when on my dogs. Waste of money if you need to make the collar smaller, which nearly everyone will need to do. On the 14-20" collar, I shortened it to 16" and the numbers of the phone number are now under the clip needed to shorten the collar. The same thing happened on the small size when I shortened it a couple of inches. Company needs to move their stitching area over more and it will prevent this issue. Would not recommend purchasing these until the company makes the change.

Our guarantee promises that we will replace any product purchased from Hot Dog Collars that, due to manufacturer defect, is lost, fails, or unnaturally wears, for the entire life of the product.
Our guarantee does not cover products which are:- Lost for reasons other than manufacturer defect.
- Outgrown or no longer fits
- Stinky, dirty or smelly
- Exhibiting normal wear and tear
- Damaged intentionally or through neglect
- Damaged due to tie-outs.

- Products are available for return/exchange.
- Personalized Items - We understand the frustration, but customers who enter incorrect personalized information or order the wrong size for their pet are not eligible for a return or exchange. Please be sure that your pet's name, your phone number, or any other information is entered correctly BEFORE your purchase is complete. If an error occurs due to a mistake in our production process, we will fix it, but we cannot fix errors in the text entered by customers. Please be sure to measure your dog and compare it with the measurements of the collar before ordering a personalized collar to avoid ordering the incorrect size. If you are unsure how to measure or have questions about the size of a product, please contact us or use our customer support chat for assistance.
- Returns are typically processed within 2 business days after receipt, but can take up to 1-2 weeks.
- Returns must be requested within 30 days after an order has been delivered.
