This is the 3rd set of personalized dog collars I have bought, these latest two for my newest little girls They are microchipped but I like to have another way of id, and I dislike the jingling of tags. These collars wash beautifully and hold up w

Cheap Collar
This was my third one of these personalized collars. I wanted American Made. The first 2 had good metal clasps. The new one is cheap plastic junk. The plastic clasps don't hold a size. I'm constantly having to tighten it while we are walking! Go back to the previous versions or my next collar will have to be purchased somewhere else.

Great quality
I ordered these collars for my 3 dogs. They are VERY rough on collars but these have held up great. My dogs are constantly wrestling and biting each other’s collars. These collars haven’t been phased and it’s been a few months. I’m pretty sure they will last much much longer than any other collars we’ve owned.

Our guarantee does not cover products which are:- Lost for reasons other than manufacturer defect.

- Stinky, dirty or smelly
- Exhibiting normal wear and tear
- Damaged intentionally or through neglect

- Personalized Items - We understand the frustration, but customers who enter incorrect personalized information or order the wrong size for their pet are not eligible for a return or exchange. Please be sure that your pet's name, your phone number, or any other information is entered correctly BEFORE your purchase is complete. If an error occurs due to a mistake in our production process, we will fix it, but we cannot fix errors in the text entered by customers. Please be sure to measure your dog and compare it with the measurements of the collar before ordering a personalized collar to avoid ordering the incorrect size. - Returns are typically processed within 2 business days after receipt, but can take up to 1-2 weeks.
