Custom collar quality - hard to read
Disappointed- I’m disappointed in the quality and text. I’m a repeat customer and received my latest order but, the quality and readability of the text has diminished. Small, blurry, frankly defeating the purpose of these collars. Hotdog collars, please go back to your original product processing! Please!

Hard to Read
I ordered two collars for my JRT. One in teal with hot pink lettering and one in the reverse colors. The quality is disappointing. The text is hard to read and doesn’t look as nice as the online examples.

The writing with his name and my cell phone started to fade so I bought him a new collar and will keep the old one as a spare. I highly recommend this company.

Name smaller than phone number, unlike picture
Our beagle is snoozing happily with his new collar, and looks very handsome in it! I was just surprised that the phone number was so much larger than his name. I thought the name would be a larger font than the phone number like it shows in the picture. Am I missing something ?

Our guarantee promises that we will replace any product purchased from Hot Dog Collars that, due to manufacturer defect, is lost, fails, or unnaturally wears, for the entire life of the product.
Our guarantee does not cover products which are:- Lost for reasons other than manufacturer defect.
- Outgrown or no longer fits
- Stinky, dirty or smelly
- Exhibiting normal wear and tear
- Damaged intentionally or through neglect
- Damaged due to tie-outs.
Return Policy

- Products are available for return/exchange.
- Personalized Items - We understand the frustration, but customers who enter incorrect personalized information or order the wrong size for their pet are not eligible for a return or exchange. Please be sure that your pet's name, your phone number, or any other information is entered correctly BEFORE your purchase is complete. If an error occurs due to a mistake in our production process, we will fix it, but we cannot fix errors in the text entered by customers. Please be sure to measure your dog and compare it with the measurements of the collar before ordering a personalized collar to avoid ordering the incorrect size. If you are unsure how to measure or have questions about the size of a product, please contact us or use our customer support chat for assistance.
- Returns are typically processed within 2 business days after receipt, but can take up to 1-2 weeks.
- Returns must be requested within 30 days after an order has been delivered.
