The collar is great....It doesn't get 5 stars because it was SOOOOO difficult to get the right sizing. First, too small, then too big. (yes, I did follow the instructions. But the 10" is the last hole on one collar, but the first hole in the other collar) and the promo code wouldn't work on my exchange. Complete hassle.

I bought this collar two years ago and my maltipoo has worn it daily for two years. I decided I want another color and went back to this collar because it is beautiful and sturdy. Even the collar she has been wearing for the last two years is still in great shape. This is the first collar I have bought for her that didn't lose stones. The color is very pretty and the size chart was right on. The only issue I had was the O ring cam off both collars. I would still order again. The quality is very good.

- Returns are typically processed within 2 business days after receipt, but can take up to 1-2 weeks.
