|- Outer = Collar Color of outside (displayed) fabric
- Inner = Collar color of inside (against dogs neck) fabric
- Text = Collar of custom text and art
- We recommend selecting contrasting colors for the OUTER and TEXT colors. Choosing 2 dark or 2 light colors will produce a very subtle appearance
This dog collar utilizes a quick clasp closure, also called a side release clasp. Sizing is given as a range of neck lengths. Measure your dogs neck size or its current collar length (not including buckles) to obtain correct sizing.
|- X-Small (8" to 12" long x 3/8" wide)
- Small (10" to 14" long x 3/4" wide)
- Medium 3/4 (14" to 20" long x 3/4" wide)
- Medium 1 (14" to 20" long x 1" wide)
- Large (18" to 28" long x 1" wide)
Why does size X-Small cost more than the larger sizes?
A: Each of our CustomID collars is made to order, by the hands of our skilled professionals. The narrow width of the XS collar (only 3/8"!) requires substantially more time to ensure proper alignment and to meet our strict quality control guidelines.

I love the small collar, just the right size. I ordered the black with pink lettering and put the paw print on it. The ring to attach the leash is easy to find when attaching the leash. It is very high quality and highly recommend these collars to everyone I know with dogs. The printing is bright and crisp.
The extra small one, is very tiny, narrow and hard to find the ring to attach the collar. I wish it was wider. I ordered this one because these were for a new puppy. To find out the small one would have worked just fine. The puppy has grown and I am no longer using the x small one.

I love my collars, and your team was great redoing them to put the phone number on them, However I do wish the X small were a little wider, They are just a little too narrow.

Unfortunately, on the X-small size the type is printed rather than embroidered and there is no option for the reflective thread. However, the fit is perfect and my color selections (orange with black print and yellow underside) achieved the high-contrast look I wanted. As with most nylon collars, the edge on the inside where the end is sealed off is sharp and rough. For short-haired dogs like mine, this chafes their skin, so I put a 1/2" piece of Dr. Scholl's Moleskin padding there and it works. Overall, I would recommend this collar. I am a repeat customer - hotdogcollars offers excellent customer service and competitive pricing and I have recommended them to others.

Purchased red on red collar with white lettering. Collar is great quality and best feature is that the name and phone number is repeated multiple times so regardless of where the buckle is u can always see the info.
Down side is the white lettering looks a little red at the edges

I volunteer for a dog rescue group and purchased several collars with our group's name and phone number. Great quality, very durable, will definitely buy again. Suggestion -- Please give discounts to registered rescue groups! Thanks!

I'm very impressed with hotdog collars for a few reasons. Their communication is superb, far better than any other I have dealt with. Love that it is made in the usa, I think my dogs will be proud to wear. The product looks great and fits my two dogs perfectly. I have two chihuahuas, 10lb and 6lb. I got the xsmall which is 8-10". I'm so glad I found this site :)
