Engraving Details
- This Dog ID Tag will be engraved with up to 3 lines of text
- Due to the shape of this tag, we STRONGLY recommend using either 2 lines of text OR use 3 lines and keep the text short
- 22 characters (including spaces) per line is the MAX recommended text
- This Pet ID Tag will be engraved EXACTLY as the information is entered
- Be careful, check spelling and phone #s
- Our engraver will automatically adjust the font size according to the amount of text to be engraved
- Keep in mind that 3 lines of long text will create a relatively small font size...FEWER LINES & WORDS = BIGGER FONT

COLOR WORE OFF
I got the brass one and I was super impressed when I opened it. After a week or two, the brass color wore off and now it's just a silver bone with the engraved name. Still a really high quality dog tag though. I also got the smallest one and it's the perfect size for my 8lb dog.

GREAT TAG
This is a great tag and worth the money. I purchased the rubber silencer for the tag. I would have given this 5 stars but it was very hard to get the tag with the rubber silencer on the ring that holds the tag to the collar. I would recommend this tag!

UNEXPECTED SURPRISE!
I ordered this because I got really tired of going to the local chain pet stores. Those tags are such a waste of money, so, needless to say I wasn't expecting much when I ordered this one for my 1 1/2 year old, rambunctious puppy. I was NOT expecting the quality to be that great, but surprise!! Not only is the engraving deep enough that even my pup can't scratch it up. It's quality is superior to anything else I've ordered over the years on the web. It is a nice, sturdy, and thick tag. Bonus is the glow in the dark casing that came with it. I loved how I could get an engraving on both sides. I put the standard info on the front. He's got one of those chips and I was able to put his id number on the back. I don't think there's a better company out there than Hot Dogs. The quality far exceeded any expectations I had and I'm glad I took a chance and ordered a tag from them. Great job Hod Dogs!!! I will be a repeat customer. That's just how great they are!

Very Nice tag ..just like the one we got JAZZ only Maggie's was bone shape. Jazz has a round gold plated one.

Looks great on my 15 lb. dog. It's a very small tag that reflects light in a pleasing way. (I got the gold-colored one.) My only complaint is that it was a real pain in the rear to get the tag onto either of the rings that were provided. I eventually managed with the larger ring and a flat-head screw driver, but it took me about 10 minutes, and serious risk of finger injury.

Our guarantee does not cover products which are:- Lost for reasons other than manufacturer defect.

- Stinky, dirty or smelly
- Exhibiting normal wear and tear
- Damaged intentionally or through neglect
- Damaged due to tie-outs.
Return Policy

Our full return policy is as follows:
- Products are available for return/exchange.
- Personalized Items - We understand the frustration, but customers who enter incorrect personalized information or order the wrong size for their pet are not eligible for a return or exchange. Please be sure that your pet's name, your phone number, or any other information is entered correctly BEFORE your purchase is complete. If an error occurs due to a mistake in our production process, we will fix it, but we cannot fix errors in the text entered by customers. Please be sure to measure your dog and compare it with the measurements of the collar before ordering a personalized collar to avoid ordering the incorrect size. - Returns are typically processed within 2 business days after receipt, but can take up to 1-2 weeks.
- Returns must be requested within 30 days after an order has been delivered.
