SUBMISSION OF THIS FORM CONFIRMS YOUR UNDERSTANDING AND ACCEPTANCE OF THE FOLLOWING WHOLESALE POLICIES


WHOLESALE GENERAL POLICY:
- No minimum orders
- Wholesale orders ship complete within 5 business days of receipt
- Payment is due in full at the time your order is placed
- Orders under $50 will incur a Minimum Order Fee. Subject to change
- No Returns or Exchanges on ANY items. Defective merchandise will be replaced or refunded pending provision of a photograph of the stated defect
- No additional coupons or discounts may be applied to a wholesale order. Any discounts received due to the application of coupons will result in a debit being made in the discount amount. Debits may be applied up to 60 days after the order is placed

DROP SHIPPING POLICY:
-To drop ship with us you must first be a registered wholesale customer, having filled out and returned our wholesale acceptance form and have been notified that we have it on file and have activated your account.
- Please ensure that you have received payment from your customer before placing your order with us. It is not our responsibility to hold orders you have already placed until you receive payment from your customers
- Our transactions with you will be separate from your transactions with your customers; you should never enter your customer's credit card information as a payment method with us
- There will be no pricing displayed on the packing slip
- Drop shipped orders are sent out via our standard shipping operations
- No additional materials or special requests will be accommodated
- Extra invoices, marketing materials, or inserts will not be accommodated
- Packing slips cannot be altered in any manner
- No Returns or Exchanges. It is the responsibility of the order originator (you) to confirm shipping addresses and follow up due to undeliverable shipments. Re-shipments will incur an additional shipping fee to be determined at the time of your reshipment reuqest
- Defective merchandise must be communicated to us within 3 business days of receipt
- Defective merchandise communications must be accompanied by a photograph of the stated defect
