If there is a mistake in
your order, no need to read any further, simply
contact
us
so we can make it right!
Read this entire
page and follow the numbered steps below. DO NOT simply mark a package as
"return to sender"
STEP 1 - Make a
copy of your packing slip OR write down your order #, email, and name. Include
this with your return package
STEP 2 - Ship the product(s)
to the address below
STEP 3 - Be sure
to add tracking or delivery confirmation to your shipment. We are not responsible
for lost, misrouted, or damaged packages
STEP 4 - Do
not request a signature on your shipment

RETURN POLICIES
-- Please allow 1
week from the date the package is received to process your return
-- All product returns
must be made within 45 days of the order date
-- ALL return requests
will incur a restock fee of 10% of the product total
-- Orders
which used a free shipping coupon will have the shipping cost subtracted out
of the return credit. Shipping cost will be determined based on the weight
of the items ordered, but is typically between $3 and $5
-- Returns are processed
via the original payment method. Note that your credit card or debit card issuing
bank may HOLD YOUR CREDIT FOR UP TO 1 BILLING CYCLE. This is beyond our control
and must be taken up with the bank or card issuer
-- Clearance,
personalized, certain seasonal items, treats, chews, clothing, and BEDS are
NOT available for return or exchange
-- Do
not send us products that are covered by a MFG guarantee. These include but
are not limited to WestPaw Toys and Lupine Collars

If you believe you
have received a defective item, please contact us immediately. Please note
that we may ask for an image of, or the actual item that has been damaged.
If we determine that the damage was the result of a tie-out using a plastic
clasp collar or due to other mis-use, we reserve the right to refuse an exchange
or refund.
If your item shows
visible signs of wear and tear, we will not be able to accept a return or
exchange. These signs include, but are not limited to, stretched fabric, color
fade, wear marks from buckle collars, stretched holes on buckle collars, scratched
charms, buckles, and studs, missing pieces, HAIR ON THE ITEM, and stains of
any kind. We do not refund outgoing shipping.
Clearance,
personalized, certain seasonal items, treats, chews, clothing, and BEDS are
NOT available for return or exchange
If you send back an
item that cannot be returned, your order will be noted and the product will
be quarantined at our facility. It will be your responsibility to supply return
shipping labels of account #s to have the product(s) shipped back to you.
If you have a damaged
toy that carries a manufacturers guarantee, DO NOT send the toy to us. Please
follow the instructions on the tag that came with the toy. Damaged toys that
we receive are immediately disposed of for sanitary reasons. We cannot offer
return shipping and CANNOT provide the replacement toy. These must be handled
through the manufacturer
