As per the product description, embroidered items are made to order and therefore can require up to 4 weeks to ship (most orders ship in 7-10 days).

While we do make every effort to ship embroidered products well ahead of this time frame, some orders will require the full time period to ship. Please note that due to the volume of embroidery going on at any given time, we are unable to provide any more specific status information on embroidered products
