  • This was actually our second choice for our APBT, Hope - (we wanted the two-row studded leather, but they were out of her size - popular collar!) so we decided on this and we're very pleased. The black goes awesome with our blue-nosed girl! It's well-made, very substantial and looks like it will last forever! The oblong studs make this a unique, very attractive collar, and she looks so proud wearing it. Thanks, Hot Dog Collars! You did it again!

  • I oredered the oblong studded collar and recieved the bullet style instead but I could'nt be happier with the quality and craftsmanship. I think that I like the appearance just as well as the oblong style. A very solid and sturdy made collar, It'll surely last.

  • I ordered this collar in the brown (I think it's more a burgandy brown than a tan brown) for my doberman/husky mix. She has a long slender doberman neck, and this collar with it's width of 1 1/4 inches at it's widest looks really good on her. Leather is very thick and hardware is substantial. Would recommend !

  • This collar is beautiful and the oblong studs are not overwhelming as I thought they might be given the picture. The brown looks really nice on dogs that are brown brindle, fawn and buck. I imagine the black would be nice as well, but we ordered two of the brown collars for our fawn and buck tri color coated APBT girls and they get alot of compliments. The leather is thick and arrives rather stiff, but softens after a couple of weeks and is easy to clean and condition. Very strong collar and has a sturdy feel when walking them on their leashes.
    Pros: Good Grip, Durable, Attractive, Comfortable
    Best Uses: Everyday, Larger Dogs
